The form collects a name, an organisation, an email address, a selected interest and a message. We use that data to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange. Consent is explicit and never pre-ticked.

Submissions are stored in our backend and forwarded by email to hello@voltree.ai. You receive an automatic confirmation at the address you enter. We keep enquiries for twenty-four months, then delete them.

This site stores your answer to the cookie notice in your browser's local storage. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets the cookies _ga and _ga_049LNZHQST to count visits and measure which pages are read. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set and Google receives only an anonymous, cookieless signal.

We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, so no opt-out mechanism is required.

Our hosting provider records the IP address, the requested URL, the time, the referrer and the browser string of each request. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse. They are deleted on a rolling basis and are not combined with form data.

Space Grotesk and Inter are served from this domain. No request reaches Google Fonts, so no visitor IP address is transmitted to Google. Images and video are served from this domain and its content delivery network.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2. Measurement cookies are set only after you accept the cookie notice, and you can withdraw that at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. We run no advertising pixels, no remarketing and no social media trackers.

Confirmation and notification emails are sent through our hosting platform's managed email service. It processes the recipient address and message content solely to deliver the message, and it records delivery outcomes such as bounces.

The site and its backend run on infrastructure operated by our hosting providers. Data may be processed in the United States. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, transfers rest on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses agreed with those providers.

You can ask what we hold, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, receive a copy in a portable format, or object to processing. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what came before.

Under the GDPR you may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence. Under United States state privacy laws you may request access, deletion or correction on the same terms. Write to hello@voltree.ai and we answer within thirty days.

This site addresses professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If such data reaches us, we delete it on notice.

We update this policy when the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
